This is a problem that surfaces from time to time and we can't do anything about it at the moment. If this happens we usually suggest the following route:
- Contact us via the contact form on the right hand side of the website and inform us about it. Please mention your order number.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Send the payment amount to email@example.com, via your PayPal account.
If you do it this way, our shop does not recognize your payment, but we can see it in our PayPal account and will deal with it manually.
